Your online registration account has been generated based on your student’s previous enrollment at Ontario School of Ballet. Account information was provided to Ontario School of Ballet on behalf of the student, upon initial registration into the program. Personal information provided by you on behalf of the student for the purpose of registration, will be stored in the Ontario School of Ballet database and will not be shared under any circumstances.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, Ontario School of Ballet has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the online registration server (or any portion thereof).

By using the Ontario School of Ballet online registration server, you agree that:

1. All registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete.
2. You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information, as necessary.
3. You have the legal capacity to agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, and to enroll on behalf of the registrant (student).
4. You will not access the online registration server through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.
5. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.
